Surprised
The avocado represents surprised. It is surprised by its pit falling out and the hole is his mouth.
Trust
The cherries represent trust because one cherry is catching the other to make sure the second cherry doesn't fall off the edge.
Anxiety
The lemon represents anxiety because it sees that the apples have been cut into slices and it is worried that the same is going to happen to it.
Love
The strawberries represent love because the color red is a romantic color. The strawberries were also placed in the shape of a heart.
Fear
The apple represents fear because it is fearful of the apple cutter and being cut into slices.
Grief
The grapes represent grief because one grape is cut in half as if it was "dead" and the other is mourning over it.
Anger
The pepper represents anger because one the color red is not only a color of love but it's a color of anger. People also think that the inside of a pepper kind of looks like an angry face and the seeds are teeth.
Joy
The banana represents joy because of the yellow color representing happiness. The other reason why I chose banana was because it looks like a smiley face.
the cherries holding on one another really show trust. the pepper one doesnt really show anger. what u could do is set the pepper on fire.
ReplyDeleteI really like the thought that you had to express fear the message was clearly viewed. One thing I think you could've done differently is anger for the pepper. Like Khang said, I think you should've set it on fire or add grill marks.
ReplyDeleteI want to start off by saying it was very creative to use fruit to represent the emotions. My favorite image is trust, the cherries are a perfect example and it is very much a compelling image. My one suggestion is for joy, I would have done a little more with the image like incorporating more yellow or possibly photoshopping the banana to look more ripe. Overall good job.
