Focus: Shadows

The way the lights hit the ornament and the tree created a shadow on the bottoms and along the the middle of the tree. There is also contrast with light as the lights the light up tree are presented on the ornament in different areas leaving parts lighter than others. 

This is the image I chose to write about. It demonstrates shadows and the high contrast with light. The shadow is the obvious one because of the bright light above it causes the people in the image to look very dark. The contrast of light is also presented in the image, again because of the bright light and the very dark images of the people.
